"Lajuanna is very knowledgeable about health and Fitness. She knows the proper technique to maximize your efforts when doing an exercise. She not only explains how to do a particular exercise but she explains why you are doing the exercise in order for the client to know all of the benefits of doing the exercise. She is very patient and will start a client from where they are and make them feel comfortable enough to try. Even if you've never worked out before in your life she can develop a program specifically for you. She started me doing 5 minutes of cardio work because, that's all I could handle. Overtime I worked my way up to 10 min. then 15 min. and 30. Currently I am up to an hour of cardio six days a week. In doing so I not only lost weight but lowered my blood pressure at the same time. I gave up my addiction to sweets the second week in July 2017. August 9 I watched "what the health" and went Vegan. Although I have worked out nearly every day for 30 years, I was out of control with my eating and steady gaining weight. I seriously thought my underwear was shrinking. I have lost 20 lbs just by cutting out sugar, caffeine, meat, seafood and dairy. I'm not starving myself, and I'm satisfied with healthier food choices. Vegan is working for me.
