$30 to $100 or more *

  • One on One: $30 Virtual  Fitness, $40 In Person
  • Group Sessions $100 or more based on number of people, time, and content
  • Virtual Group Sessions $75 or more based on session time and content
  • Total Body Fitness Assessment to establish fitness level and exercise plan and fitness goals. $50

One  Hour Sessions Include:

  • Total Body Work Out 
  • Weight Training
  • Core Strengthening & Toning

Regular Assessments to Track Progress 


You can also utilize your Flexible Spending Account to pay for your sessions. 


*Final price is dependent on class size and number of sessions purchased

Flexible Spending Account info

The IRS allows Flexible Spending Account reimbursement of the following with a copy of the physician’s statement of medical necessity, that includes the specific diagnosis/medical condition, description of the recommended treatment and how the treatment will alleviate the diagnosis/condition. The letter Must also include the length of treatment, # of treatments per week/month. Provider name, signature, license number and state. Your FSA Provider may also have a form that your physician can complete.


Treatment cannot be for general health or wellbeing. A copy should be submitted with every reimbursement request and a new letter needs to be obtained every 12 months.
