Some people may not understand your journey; they don't need to, it's not for them.
Quiet time with God for reflection, direction, and to acknowledge His role in our lives.
Examine what we are feeding our bodies and our minds and ask, "Is what I am doing bringing about a positive outcome?"
Meditate on the things that are good in our lives and give thanks.
Pray for wisdom to do what is right at all times and pray for strength to follow through.
Let go of yesterday and embrace today as a new opportunity to add value to yourself and those around you.
Exercise daily, it is one of the ways in which we take care of our temple; our gift from God.
