I believe that each day is a gift from God and that we are to honor our bodies by taking care of it in order to do the great work God has called us to do. I also believe exercise and healthy food choices is “The Medicine” we need in order to achieve Whole Body Fitness; mind, body, and spirit.

I am the proud mom of four beautiful, strong, and kind hearted Queens with their own unique gifts and talents. Fitness is my ministry; my service; and my gift to share. My love for living in perfect peace, perfect health and perfect service is a reflection of God's love for myself and others. I see life as a continuous journey; it will take us through many different paths and seasons. It will also “gift” us with teachable lessons and blessings that not only help us grow stronger but allow us to be a blessing to others. Through my life experiences and God's love I easily connect with many different people of all ages and life experiences which allows me to share my love of fitness to help others successfully achieve whole body fitness.
