The Foster Grandparent Program of Washtenaw County is so grateful to have the opportunity to work with Whole Body Fitness by Lajuanna. Lajuanna has a wonderful ability to connect with people and meet them wherever they are on their health journey. She has led fitness sessions for our older adult volunteers for several years, and they are always the highlight of our monthly meeting. She creates an environment where everyone can participate at their own level, and our volunteers leave feeling energized and more confident in their ability to stay active as they age.
